BEGINNER’S
Recommended for those with no little or no experience with baking and decorating royal icing cookies.

At the end of this short course you will have the skills and knowledge on how to to bake the perfect cookie and beautifully decorate your own cookies with royal icing.

CUPCAKE MASTERCLASS
Nothing is better than the smell and taste of a beautiful freshly baked cupcake. In this class we cover how to bake the perfect cupcake and the tips and tricks to perfectly soft buttercream icing and stunning fondant decorative toppers to finish off your perfect creation.

MACARON CLASS
Macarons are a delicious and light French delicacy. In this class you will learn how to create and perfect the Macaron shell, to then expand your skills by experimenting and producing a range of decadently different flavoured fillings and presentation styles.
