Raw Snickers Slice - TO DIE FOR!!

Hi Everyone! I have a to die for recipe for you!! I just made this Raw Snickers Slice the other day... ok maybe two days ago... and the whole thing is already gone! Not just by me of course I did have some helpers who loved this slice so much they said for me to share the recipe with everyone. Allergy free chocolate cake never tasted so good!

I have had a lot of requests over the last year for allergy free cakes. I have done some research into finding not only dairy, gluten and egg free cakes but ones that are also super moist and tasty so I thought I would share one of my favorites with you!  These are my dairy and egg free chocolate cakes. This recipe will make 12 small cupcake size cakes or 1 x 8 inch round cake. For a dairy free frosting make up a batch of buttercream but substitute the butter for nuttelex and milk for soy or lactose free. Delicious Chocolate Souffle - Such an easy dessert to whip up!

So last night I had a couple joining my partner and I for dinner. I love baking as much as I do cooking, so when it comes to dinner parties I love to go all out and cook delicious homemade food which could be considered "restaurant style" I guess! Entree and main I had covered. I made home made goats cheese, ricotta and pine nut ravioli on the weekend which was in the freezer ready to go for main.
