My gingerbread cookie dough is a great way for yourself or the kids to get baking! Cookie dough lasts for up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator and conains no egg. It is stable at room temperature although best kept in the fridge.

Tub includes 500g cookie dough
1 x Royal Icing Recipe
1 x Packet Sprinkles

Ingredients - butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder

Instructions
1. Set dough out at room temperature 1 hour before baking
2. Roll out cookie dough to approximatly 5mm
3. Cut out shapes. Place on a lined baking tray
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 - 12 mintues. Let cool
5. Decorate cookies with royal icing or dip in your favorite melted chocolate. Finish off with sprinkles.
