Join me and learn how to make beautiful french Macarons on the 6th of November!
Macarons are a delicious and light French delicacy. In this class you will learn how to create and perfect the Macaron shell, to then expand your skills by experimenting and producing a range of decadently flavoured fillings and presentation styles.
This class will cover:
- Key components to successful macaron creation
- Function of ingredients and importance of measures
- Piping
- Ganache, buttercream and flavoured filling techniques
- Garnish to finish off your macaron
You will take home a box of your Macarons as well as my recipe which will assist you in making the perfect Macaron each time!

What a fantastic little session this morning. I learnt much more than just making macarons. There was so much information shared about all aspects of baking and decorating in an intimate class with lovely people. I would recommend anyone thinking about attending one of Monique’s courses to give it a go, you will not be disappointed.
