New!! Order fresh doughnuts for your next event!

Doughnuts are super on trend at the moment... and to be honest they have been for a while now. I have not been one to be super successful with my bread and yeast goods but I have been working on im"proving" (haha) over the last few months and happy to say I have mastered the doughnut!! (Finally!) I found the key to a soft delicous doughnut is some super strong bread flour, good kneading hand and a whoooole lot of love.  I am so happy with my new sweet delight that I can add on to your menu! Christmas is just around the corner...

With Christmas fast aproaching we have been working like little elves in a gingerbread factory to bring you our beautiful Gingerbread Houses, Trees, Cookies as well as fruit cakes, mince tarts and much much more!  We are taking orders for our Christmas products now until the 18th of December. My wedding buffet - 16th September 2017

Hi everyone!!  So its been quite a while since I have written a blog... but I'm back!!  Its been one crazy busy year with organising my wedding and I wanted to share with you some photos of the big day and all the cakes that myself and my beautiful mum Lorraine made.  It took us about 6 months to prep the cakes. The main cake was made of 4 tiers dummy cakes which allowed us to work long and hard on the painted floral tier as well as the gold top tier with the handmade sugar flower ball on top. Nothing says Australia Day like Lamingtons!

Australia Day to be means a hot summer day, sausages on the barby and a traditional jam filled sponge square dipped in chocolate icing and tossed in coconut cake... of course! A lamington!!    Well this year I have changed it up a little bit by turning my favorite flavoured cake.. yes you all probably know if it by now.. Red Velvet!! Into a lamington!
