Sharing my passion for all things cake!

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share my happiness with you all regarding my classes that I have been teaching lately. Over the last couple of weeks I have taught a Macaron Class and yesterday I was teaching how to decorate Christmas cookies!

Sharing my passion for all things cake and cookies with the public has been such a fun and rewarding experience. I have loved every minute, from organising how I am going to run my class, to preparing a high tea style lunch to sharing my knowledge it has been great!

I was so proud of the ladies who attended my Macaron class. Their macarons came out perfect with a smooth crisp shell, chewy on the inside and delicious fillings!

My class yesterday was also very rewarding! One lady had not done any piping at all in her life and her finished cookies where so cute, especially the Santa with the big nose! 

I just wanted to thank everyone who has come to my classes so far and for their beautiful kind words and feedback! And I would also like to thank my Mum (and business Partner) Lorraine. She has been so supportive and helpful in every single way throughout my Cake Business journey and I truly love teaching classes with her their by my side. I think we work so well together and make the perfect team and I couldn't have gotten this far without her!
